Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive, responsible, and well-organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to maintain a positive work environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate employee joining formalities, documentation, and induction.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
• Manage payroll coordination, salary records, and monthly attendance reports.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace coordination.
• Monitor employee performance, discipline, and company policies.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture.
• Manage exit formalities, full and final settlement coordination, and clearance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with management and department heads for HR-related activities.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or Human Resource Management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
• Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilities.

Salary₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
