Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Experience in volume hiring or specialized recruitment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
