Job Description
Location: Goregaon East
Position: IT Recruiter/ Non IT Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Handle candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment records.
- Understand client requirements and work towards timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
Qualification:
Any Graduate
