HR Recruiter – Fresher Job

Title: HR Recruiter

Experience: 0 – 2 years

Job Type : Full-time

Timings : 10 AM TO 7:30 PM / 6 Days


Job Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Contact candidates and explain job openings.
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Coordinate the joining and onboarding process.
  • Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
  • Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Ability to use MS Excel and job portals.
  • Good follow-up and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work with targets.
