Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

About the role :

PLIX is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join its sales team. The role involves connecting with customers who have shown interest in PLIX products, particularly customers who have added products to their cart, and assisting them in completing their purchase.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers who have added PLIX products to their cart and understand their purchase intent.
• Assist customers with product-related questions, features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
• Follow up with interested customers and support them in completing their purchase.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate follow-up details and customer information in the relevant system.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• English communication is mandatory.
• Ability to communicate confidently with customers over phone.
• Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach. •
• Good convincing, objection-handling, and follow-up skills. •
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant sales experience may apply.
