Job Description
Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a result-orientedI nside Sales Executive Executive with 1 of year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching Website Design, Website Development, and SEO services, understanding client requirements, conducting follow-ups, negotiating, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and online platforms.
- Identify and approach businesses that require website design, website development, redesign, SEO, or maintenance services.
- Communicate with prospects through calls, meetings, WhatsApp, and emails to understand their business requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
- Explain service scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing clearly to potential clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, handle objections, negotiate, and close sales.
- Coordinate with Website Design, Development, and SEO teams for smooth project handover after closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, referrals, and repeat business.
