Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inquiries received through IndiaMART and other lead generation platforms.
  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and product specifications.
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations and proposals for customers.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update lead, quotation, and customer data in company records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and business objectives.
