Insurance Back Office Executive Support day-to-day insurance operations, including quotation preparation, policy processing, renewals, endorsements, documentation and coordination with insurers and clients. POSITION DETAILS: Vacancies Compensation 2 Working Hours ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month Working Days 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Experience Monday to Saturday Minimum 1 year in insurance operations Preferred Experience Non-motor insurance, particularly fire and health insurance Office Location Wadala East, Mumbai – 400037 Candidate Preference Female candidates preferred ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES  Prepare and compare insurance quotations across multiple insurers.  Process insurance proposals, policy issuance, renewals and endorsements.  Review client documents and policy details for accuracy and completeness.  Coordinate with insurers for quotations, approvals and policy corrections.  Follow up with clients for renewal confirmations, documents and payments.  Maintain policy records, renewal trackers and client databases.  Respond to routine client queries and support daily insurance operations. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS  Good written and spoken English, with accurate English typing skills.  Comfortable using email, spreadsheets and insurer portals.  Organised, detail-oriented and consistent with follow-ups.
