Job Description
Responsible for managing end-to-end insurance-related client interactions - handling queries, generating quotes, and ensuring accurate backend documentation and data entry across policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all insurance-related client queries (Health, Motor, Life, General)
- Understand client requirements and generate accurate and competetive quotes from relevant insurers
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quote comparisons, policy issuance, and renewals
- Maintain and update policy related records in internal systems
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business
Required Skills:
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- High attention to detail for backend data accuracy
