International-Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the role

You'll call businesses in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Africa and Europe that buy industrial products, find out whether they're open to sourcing from India, and book a call for our senior team when someone is interested.

We give you the list, the research and the talking points. You don't have to find your own leads.

What you'll do

• Call purchase managers and business owners from the list we give you
• Ask about their current suppliers and the problems they run into
• Note who's interested and who isn't
• Book calls for the senior team and pass on your notes
• Follow up by phone, email and LinkedIn
• Keep your records updated in our CRM

Who we're looking for

• 0–4 years of experience. Freshers with good English are welcome.
• You can hold a comfortable phone conversation in English with a business person
• You're fine hearing "no" and moving on to the next call
• You're curious about products and how companies buy them
• Basic comfort with email, LinkedIn and Excel

Good to have, not required

• Any calling or sales experience
• Any exposure to export, import, or industrial and engineering products
