Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via Email and Chat.
- Handle customer requests and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain service quality and meet productivity targets.
- Update customer information and process records accurately.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.

- Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
