Position: Jewellery Sales Associate

1. Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide a warm, professional shopping experience.
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery designs.
3. Explain jewellery details, including gold, diamond, gemstones, pricing and product specifications.
4. Demonstrate jewellery products and help customers make purchasing decisions.
5. Achieve individual and store sales targets.
6. Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new collections.
7. Handle customer queries, objections and complaints professionally.
8. Maintain proper display, cleanliness and presentation of jewellery.
9. Follow company SOPs, grooming standards and store discipline.
10. Ensure proper handling, security and accountability of jewellery products.
11. Maintain customer relationships and follow up on potential sales.
12. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
