Job Description
Graduate with 1-5 years of relevant experience in handling VKYC calls in financial services.
Basic understanding of KYC norms and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
Presentable with strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and other local language.
Comfortable working in front of a camera and interacting with customers via video calls.
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work Weekends on a rotating shift basis.
