Job Description

काम का स्वरूप:

बेस्पोक डिज़ाइनर एवं हाई-फैशन एथनिक कपड़ों की सिलाई और फिनिशिंग।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

  • डिज़ाइन के अनुसार महिलाओं के ब्लाउज़, लहंगे, कुर्ते, गाउन, साड़ी ब्लाउज़ एवं अन्य आउटफिट्स की सिलाई।
  • क्लाइंट के माप के अनुसार सटीक फिटिंग और फिनिशिंग करना।
  • मास्टर एवं डिजाइन टीम के निर्देश के अनुसार काम करना।
  • फिटिंग के बाद आवश्यक alterations और corrections करना।
  • महंगे एवं नाजुक फैब्रिक्स जैसे सिल्क, बनारसी, टिश्यू, क्रेप आदि को सावधानी से संभालना।
  • कढ़ाई, embellishment और handwork वाले garments की सिलाई में सावधानी रखना।
  • समय पर ऑर्डर पूरा करना, विशेषकर सीज़न और exhibition के दौरान।
  • कपड़े और तैयार garments की quality एवं finishing की जिम्मेदारी लेना।

उम्मीदवार में होना चाहिए:

  • महिलाओं के designer / boutique garments की सिलाई का अनुभव।
  • अच्छे fitting और finishing की समझ।
  • तेज़ी से और साफ-सुथरा काम करने की क्षमता।
  • Bespoke और high-end garments के साथ काम करने का अनुभव प्राथमिकता।
  • सीज़न के दौरान अधिक workload और deadlines में काम करने की क्षमता।
