Job Title: Loan Counselor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Home Loan Counsellor to assist clients in understanding and applying for home loans. You will guide borrowers through the loan process, assess financial documents, and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on home loan products, eligibility, and application process.
- Assess financial documents to determine loan eligibility.
- Assist clients with loan applications and documentation.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to process loans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients.
Requirements:
- HSC And Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of banking and loan products.
