We believe in integrity, efficiency, and excellence in every aspect of our operations. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Logistics Executive to join our growing team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drum Dispatch & Transport Coordination: Prepare Delivery Orders, arrange local transport, verify packing quality, manage E-waybills, and collect LR & delivery photos.
• Tanker Dispatch Management: Create POs, coordinate with clients and transporters, manage dispatch documents (DO, LR, Invoice, E-waybill, COA), and track deliveries.
• Documentation & Data Management: Maintain logistics sheets (stock, movement, dispatch, rates, sales, orders, transport, PDC) and ensure proper filing and backups.
• Stock & Dispatch Completion: Ensure full documentation and follow-up for all dispatches. Manage return drums and obtain freight quotes.
• Communication & Coordination: Handle email communication, coordinate across teams and transporters, and resolve dispatch-related issues efficiently.

Key Skills:

• Experience: Previous experience in Logistics is preferable.
• Logistics operations (Drums & Tankers)
• E-waybill, DO, LR, Invoice, COA handling
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and attention to detail
