Job Description
Vritti Solutions Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Management Trainee to promote its Workforce Management Software to Chartered Accountant (CA) firms. The role involves lead generation, pitching the product, coordinating product demonstrations, and conducting demos for prospective clients at scheduled appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach Chartered Accountant (CA) firms to introduce Vritti’s Workforce Management Software.
- Pitch the product and explain its key features, benefits, and business value.
- Generate interest among prospective clients and schedule product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with the internal team to arrange demos and understand the product thoroughly.
- Conduct online product demonstrations at the appointed time.
- Follow up with prospects after demos to understand their requirements and move opportunities forward.
- Maintain records of leads, appointments, demos, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Work towards achieving assigned targets for lead generation, product demos, and business conversion.
