 *Position* : HR Operations Executive

 *Employment Type:* Full-Time

 *Working Hours* : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

 *Working Days:* 5 Days a Week

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

 *Stipend* : ₹20,000 per month (In-Hand)

 *Role Overview* 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to support day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth execution of employee-related processes. The candidate will assist with documentation, employee records, coordination, and other HR operational activities.

 *Key Responsibilities* 

* Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

* Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

* Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.

* Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.

* Assist in attendance, leave, and employee data management.

* Prepare and maintain HR reports and trackers.

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR processes.

* Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of HR activities.

* Support other HR-related tasks as assigned by the management.
