VLITE Furnitech LLP is a leading manufacturer and supplier of premium office furniture, modular workstations, and customized workspace solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Draftsman / Quotation Executive to join our growing team.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▸   Prepare accurate 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD.

▸   Prepare quotations, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimations.

▸   Review architectural and furniture drawings for quantity estimation.

▸   Coordinate with the Sales, Design, and Production teams for quotation preparation.

▸   Maintain quotation records and project documentation.

▸   Prepare Excel-based costing sheets and reports.

▸   Verify product specifications, dimensions, and pricing before submitting quotations.

▸   Modify drawings and quotations based on client requirements.

▸   Support the Sales team with technical information.

▸   Ensure timely and accurate submission of quotations.

 ELIGIBILITY / QUALIFICATION

▸   Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Furniture Design, Architecture, or ITI Draftsman (Civil/Mechanical).

 EXPERIENCE

▸   0–2 years of experience in Drafting, Estimation, Quotation, or a related field.

▸   Freshers with AutoCAD and MS Excel knowledge are encouraged to apply.

 REQUIRED SKILLS

▸   Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (Mandatory)

▸   Good knowledge of MS Excel

▸   BOQ preparation and quantity estimation

▸   Technical drawing interpretation

▸   Cost estimation and quotation preparation

▸   Strong analytical and numerical skills

▸   Attention to detail and accuracy

▸   Good communication and coordination skills

▸   Ability to meet deadlines

 PREFERRED SKILLS

▸   Knowledge of office furniture and modular workstation systems.

▸   Understanding of manufacturing drawings and production processes.

▸   Immediate joiners will be preferred.
