We are looking for a highly skilled Inside Sales Team Lead to guide our core indoor sales and distributor coordination team (Champion Partners) at our Mumbai corporate headquarters.

## 📋 Position Overview

* 

* Role: Inside Sales Team Lead

* Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

* Compensation (CTC): ₹12.0 - 15.0 Lakhs Per Annum

* Industry Type: Industrial Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering

* Experience Required: 10 to 15 Years in Industrial B2B Sales / Inside Sales

* Minimum Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

## 🎯 Key Responsibilities## Team Leadership & Performance Management

* 

* Lead and mentor the indoor sales and "Champion Partner" distributor team to drive regular revenue and meet ambitious targets.

* Monitor daily KPIs, call metrics, response turn-around time (TAT), and overall team productivity.

* Conduct regular training sessions to refine industrial product sales pitches and tackle customer technical objections.

* 

## Operations & Pipeline Optimization

* 

* Optimize the CRM pipeline, ensuring proper lead tracking, strict data discipline, and methodical follow-up processes.

* Coordinate with cross-functional departments like Supply Chain Management (SCM), Production, and Finance to ensure timely dispatch and payment cycles.

* Act as the first line of defense for handling customer escalations and supporting team members in closing high-value industrial orders.

*

## 🛠️ Candidate Requirements

* 

* Technical Background: Must hold a Mechanical Engineering degree to understand complex sealing, pressure, and temperature specifications for engineering applications.

* Proven Experience: A minimum of 10 years of solid, hands-on experience in B2B inside sales, sales coordination, or technical business development.

* Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of sales data analytics, revenue reporting, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar systems).

* Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to build solid, lasting relations with corporate clients and pan-India distributors.
