Job Description

विशेष शर्त: उम्मीदवार के पास वैध PWD (PWD Electrical License) होना अनिवार्य है। बिना PWD लाइसेंस वाले कृपया आवेदन न करें।



मुख्य कार्य एवं जिम्मेदारियां:

​इलेक्ट्रिकल मेंटेनेंस:

​मीटर रूम, सब-स्टेशन और में डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन पैनल (MDB) की देख-रेख और फॉल्ट ठीक करना।

​सोसाइटी की कॉमन लाइट, ट्यूबलाइट, बल्ब और वायरिंग शॉर्ट-सर्किट की समस्याओं को तुरंत सही करना।

​मोटर एवं पंप ऑपरेशन्स: पानी चढ़ाने वाली मोटर, सबमर्सिबल पंप और एसटीपी/आरओ प्लांट से जुड़ी इलेक्ट्रिकल पैनल समस्याओं की जांच व मेंटेनेंस करना।

​आरओ एवं ड्रेनेज सिस्टम: आरओ (RO Plant) और ड्रेनेज/सीवेज पंप के इलेक्ट्रिकल कंपोनेंट्स का रखरखाव करना।

​इमर्जेंसी सपोर्ट: सोसाइटी में किसी भी समय बिजली या तकनीकी खराबी होने पर 24/7 शिफ्ट के अनुसार ऑन-ड्यूटी रहना और समस्या दूर करना।

​प्लंबिंग सपोर्ट: आवश्यकता पड़ने पर बेसिक प्लंबिंग और पानी की पाइपलाइन से जुड़ी बुनियादी समस्याओं को ठीक करना।
