1. Reception & Patient Management

• Welcome and register patients.
• Manage appointments, walk-ins and patient queues.
• Handle incoming phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Maintain patient records and investigation reports.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments.
• Handle patient enquiries regarding clinic timings and services.

2. Billing & Administration

• Collect consultation and investigation fees.
• Maintain daily cash, UPI and billing records.
• Maintain patient databases and registers.
• Coordinate laboratory investigations and reports.
• Maintain clinic stationery and office supplies.

3. Clinical Assistance

• Record BP, pulse, temperature, SpO₂ and respiratory rate.
• Measure height, weight and BMI.
• Check capillary blood glucose.
• Perform ECGs.
• Assist with blood sample collection.
• Administer injections and perform dressing as prescribed, within her qualifications and competency.
• Assist the doctor during clinical examinations and minor procedures.
• Maintain clinical records and patient investigation details.

4. Clinic Maintenance & Coordination

• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the clinic.
• Maintain medical equipment and consumable inventory.
• Monitor expiry dates of medical supplies.
• Follow biomedical waste management protocols.
• Ensure proper sterilisation and infection control.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.

5. Patient Engagement & Clinic Promotion

• Coordinate Google reviews and patient feedback.
• Send appointment reminders and follow-up messages.
• Share clinic updates and health camp information.
• Assist with basic social media and promotional activities.
