Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Serving tea, water and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Keeping the office, pantry and common areas clean and organised
- Carrying files, documents and small parcels within the office
- Bank work, courier work and local outdoor errands when required
- Photocopying, scanning and filing documents
- Bringing stationery and small office requirements
- Helping with document movement between departments
- Assisting staff with basic office support work
- Receiving and handing over couriers/material
- Maintaining basic pantry and office supplies
- Any other reasonable office-support work assigned by management
Requirements:
- Honest and dependable
- Punctual and disciplined
- Comfortable with indoor and occasional outdoor work
- Basic reading/writing ability
- Polite behaviour with staff and visitors
- Willingness to learn and help wherever required
- Previous office-boy / peon experience preferred
