Job Description
Strong experience in F&B operations
* Proven experience managing restaurants, bars and banquet/event spaces
* Hands-on experience in day-to-day operations and team management
* Strong understanding of guest experience, service standards, staffing and cost control
* Ability to manage multiple outlets / operations efficiently
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Must have prior work experience in Mumbai
This is a hands-on operational role for someone who understands the realities of running high-volume F&B and event operations.
