📍 Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai
💼 Position: Personal Loan Sales Executive / Direct Sales Executive
🏢 Channel: Direct Sales – DSA / Field & Tele-Sales
💰 Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 Fixed + Performance Incentives
👤 Experience: 0.6–2 Years Preferred

Job Responsibilities:
* Generate leads through calling, referrals and field visits
* Acquire and convert personal-loan customers
* Understand customer requirements and explain loan options
* Handle follow-ups and objection handling
* Qualify customers based on income, employment and loan requirements
* Collect and verify required documents
* Coordinate application/login process
* Follow up until approval and disbursement
* Maintain professional customer relationships
* Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets
