Job Description

Vexler Meditech Private Limited is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented D.Pharm graduate to join our team as Competent Technical Staff for our pharmaceutical wholesale operations.

The selected candidate will support drug licence compliance, maintain statutory documentation and assist with day-to-day pharmaceutical business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support compliance with applicable Maharashtra FDA requirements and wholesale drug licence conditions.
• Maintain purchase and sales invoices, goods receipt notes, stock records and other relevant documentation.
• Monitor batch numbers, expiry dates and appropriate storage conditions for pharmaceutical products.
• Assist with drug licence documentation, amendments, renewals and regulatory inspections.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal teams for smooth business operations.
• Maintain accurate records and support inventory management and routine administrative activities.

Eligibility & Requirements

• D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy) is mandatory.
• Must possess a valid Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council registration or other applicable credentials accepted by Maharashtra FDA for the proposed role.
• The candidate’s registration/licence must not currently be engaged with any other establishment.
• The candidate must be available for formal engagement with Maharashtra FDA for Vexler Meditech’s wholesale drug licence, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
• Freshers may apply, provided they meet the eligibility criteria for the proposed appointment.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail and a responsible attitude.
• Immediate joiners only.
