Job Description

Job Description for Executive – Procurement

 

·      Preparing Purchase Orders in Ramco / SAP system.

·      Follow-up for dispatches.

·      Follow-up for Receipts.

·      Control for Purchase Orders from start to finish.

·      Stock availability details.

·      Payment follow-up.

·      Coordinate and follow-up with factory for GRN, Invoice and prepare QCS  approval.

·      Floating RFQ’s

 

Should be well versed with purchase functions from start to finish along with good communication, cooperation and support skills with working team members and good knowledge with hands down experience of our present ERP system

 

Purchase of Raw material , CAPEX ,

 

Additional Details:

Correct & Complete Designation of Post to be filled

Working Week – 5 day or 6 ? 6 days working (1st, 3rd & 5th Saturday off)
