Job Description
- Conduct in-process audits in Mixing, Extrusion, Inner Liner, 4RC, and Bead Preparation areas as per control plans and SOPs.
- Perform product audits and verify conformance to quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor critical process parameters and report deviations / obsevations immediately.
- Ensure adherence to quality systems, inspection requirements, and process discipline.
- Support containment, segregation, and follow-up of non-conforming material.
- Maintain audit records, inspection reports, and shift quality documentation.
