## Job Overview

* Position: Mobile App Developer

* Location: Bandra, Mumbai (On-site/Hybrid)

* Experience Required: 4 to 6 years

* Salary: Competitive (Commensurate with last drawn salary and experience)

## Key Responsibilities

* App Development: Design, build, and deploy advanced, scalable mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.

* Feature Integration: Implement core real estate features including high-performance map searches, advanced property filtering, real-time push notifications, and geolocation services.

* UI/UX Optimization: Collaborate with design teams to build smooth, highly responsive, and intuitive user interfaces.

* API Integration: Connect the mobile application with robust backend RESTful APIs, databases, and third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, SMS, and analytics tools).

* Performance Tuning: Optimize application performance, fix bugs, reduce app load times, and ensure maximum stability.

* Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, maintainable, and testable code.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

* Experience: 4–6 years of proven experience in professional mobile app development.

* Tech Stack: Strong expertise in cross-platform frameworks (Flutter or React Native) OR native development (Kotlin/Java for Android, Swift for iOS).

* Key Capabilities: Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, BLoC, or Redux) and local data storage (SQLite, Room, or Realm).

* Tooling: Proficient with Git/GitHub for version control and experienced with publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

* Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent team collaboration skills.

* Industry Preference: Prior experience building Real Estate, E-commerce, or Location-based (GPS) applications is a massive plus.
