Job Description

– Real Estate Process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate projects.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate project information.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Schedule site visits and follow up with prospective customers.
  • Maintain customer details and interaction records in the CRM.
  • Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & Basic English.
  • Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Experience in BPO, Customer Service, Telecalling, or Real Estate is an added advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge is required.
