Job Description

We are hiring a Real Estate Sales Executive for our office. You will handle clients, share property listings, do site visits, attend meetings, and manage paperwork.

Responsibilities

  • Talk to clients and understand their property needs
  • Share listings with photos and details on WhatsApp/email
  • Take clients for property visits
  • Attend meetings and assist senior staff
  • Handle paperwork — agreements, KYC, follow-ups
  • Operate Aashiana Bot (our internal property tool)

Requirements

  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
  • Fluent in PC/computer use — mandatory
  • Own two-wheeler + valid driving license — mandatory
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, and email
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required

Interview Process

  • Shortlisted candidates will appear for a computer & communication proficiency test
  • Selected candidates will undergo a 30-day probation period before confirmation
