We are looking for a smart, confident and friendly Female Receptionist / Telecaller to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally.
Attend and manage customer enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule appointments and follow up with customers.
Welcome and assist customers/clients at the reception.
Maintain customer details and appointment records.
Explain basic services and provide information to customers.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Hindi and English will be an advantage.
Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
Presentable, polite and confident personality.
Freshers can also apply.
Previous experience in Receptionist, Telecalling, Sales or Customer Service will be an advantage.
