Job Description

Role:

  • Greet visitors and guide them to the right person
  • Answer office calls and take messages
  • Handle customer calls for our TV brand
  • Follow up with customers on call or WhatsApp
  • Manage couriers and basic office work

Preferred:

  • Freshers welcome
  • Speaks politely and clearly
  • Comfortable talking to customers
  • Basic computer and WhatsApp use
  • Good multi-tasking ability

Notes:

  • Office at Santacruz West, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
  • Commission if you close a sale / customer
