Job Description

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai.

Salary based on interview: 15k to 18k NTH


Role & responsibilities

  • Work with Hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
  • Strategically source candidates through job portals such as Naukri.com, Shine.com, ApnaJobs.
  • Take initial screening round and shortlist relevant profile
  • support salary negotiationn and documentation.
  • Keep candidate pipeline for further requirement.



Preferred candidate profile

  • Fresher with Basic understanding about Recruitment.
  • Graduate with a passion to build a meaningful career as a Recruitment Specialist.
  • Good communication and confidence.
