Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for Home Loans & Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Achieve monthly sales/business targets through direct and channel sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSA partners, and other business partners.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing.
• Follow up with customers and ensure timely collection of required documents.
• Maintain regular market visits and develop new business opportunities.
• Ensure quality sourcing by focusing on eligible customers and required ticket sizes.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.

Candidate Eligibility :

• Minimum1 year of Home Loan Sales experience.
• RM: Minimum 12th pass.
• ASM/Senior RM: Minimum Graduate.
• Experience with ₹35–50 lakh+ ticket-size loans preferred.
• CIBIL: Minimum 650.
• Age: Below 40 years.
• Notice Period: Maximum 15 days.

Working

• Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM
• Working: 6 days/week
• Weekly Off: Rotational
• Punch-in: Mandatory
• Punch-out: Not mandatory.
