Job Description
We are looking for a professional, proactive, and highly responsible Relationship Manager to manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure the smooth execution of all client-related activities. The Relationship Manager will be the key point of contact between the company and its clients and will be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, managing accounts, ensuring timely delivery, resolving issues, maintaining regular communication, and following up on all pending matters. This is a hands-on and ownership-driven role. The candidate is expected to manage not only major client requirements and business activities but also the small day-to-day tasks, follow-ups, documentation, coordination, and operational details that are essential for maintaining excellent client relationships.
