We're Hiring: Relationship Manager | Mumbai

■ Ambak Fintech Pvt. Ltd. is a new-age B2B fintech startup reshaping the home loan experience in India. With leadership from top institutions like Axis Bank, HDFC Life, Yes Bank, CarDekho, and more, we’re on a mission to simplify home financing for millions. We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced, target-driven Relationship Manager to drive sales and business growth in Mumbai. If you have strong sales skills, experience in the Home Loan/BFSI industry, and the ability to build strong customer and channel relationships — we want to hear from you!

■ What You'll Do:

• Generate Home Loan and LAP business through field sales, customer meetings, referrals, and channel partners.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, connectors, builders, banks, and customers.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales, login, sanction, and disbursement targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in the Mumbai market.

• Conduct regular field visits and develop business through builders, developers, brokers, DSAs, and other connectors.

• Manage the end-to-end home loan process, including lead generation, documentation, login, sanction, and disbursement.

• Coordinate effectively with customers, banks, channel partners, credit, operations, and internal teams.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and partners to ensure smooth conversion and timely disbursement.

• Track market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and improve business performance.

• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the loan journey.

■ What We’re Looking For:

• 1–4 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Home Loans, LAP, BFSI, or Financial Services.

• Strong knowledge of the Mumbai market and local channel partner network.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

• A highly energetic, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset.

• Experience with CRM and MS Office.
