Job Description
Qualification & Experience
- Experience in petrochemical, refinery or similar industrial sites will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of site safety procedures, PPE, PTW and working-at-height safety.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety rules and HSE procedures are followed at the site.
- Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
- Monitor PPE compliance and safe working practices.
- Conduct Toolbox Talks and safety awareness programs.
- Monitor Work Permit (PTW) requirements and compliance.
- Ensure safe practices for scaffolding, working at height, lifting and other site activities.
- Report and investigate accidents, incidents and near misses.
- Maintain daily safety records, checklists and reports.
- Coordinate with the site team and client safety team for safety requirements.
- Stop unsafe work and take corrective action when required.
- Support site management in maintaining a safe working environment.
