Job Description
* 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of lead management and sales follow-up processes.
* Experience in training or guiding sales teams is preferred.
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and sales reporting.
* Experience working with ERP / CRM systems.
* Ability to prepare and confidently present reports and training sessions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and follow through.
* B2B / Building Materials industry experience will be an advantage.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Someone who can look at a sales team's numbers and activities, identify where the gap is, understand why it is happening, and work with the team to improve it.
This is not just a coordination role — the person should be comfortable with following up, monitoring, training, reporting, and driving better sales execution.
