📍 Location: Mumbai – Goregaon

💼 Experience: 3+ Years

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team and support smooth coordination between Sales, Customers, Logistics, Technical, Production and Accounts.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

·    Coordinate with the sales team for monthly sales targets and customer updates

·    Prepare quotations, proposals and tenders

·    Coordinate with clients on product details, pricing and delivery schedules

·    Track sales orders, order status and timely deliveries

·    Handle customer queries and complaints

·    Coordinate with Logistics for real-time supply updates

·    Maintain dealer, contractor and distributor relationships

·    Track daily sales visits, samples and technical reports

·    Maintain sales reports, invoices and dispatch documents

·    Update CRM/ERP systems and prepare weekly/monthly reports

·    Prepare order loss and new customer reports

·    Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Production and Accounts teams

🎯 What We’re Looking For

·    Graduate from a recognized university

·    3+ years of experience in a Construction Chemicals company

·    Proficiency in MS Office & Advanced Excel

·    Strong communication and coordination skills

·    Good attention to detail and accuracy
