Job Summary
We need a motivated Business development Executive to expand our market presence and secure new revenue streams. You will find fresh clients, build lasting partnerships, and guide our outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Find new sales leads through cold outreach, networking events, referrals, and digital channels.
Client Relations: Build trust with prospective clients and keep strong ties with current customers.
Market Research: Study industry trends and competitor actions to spot new growth openings.
Proposals: Write clear business proposals, design pitches, and present solutions that match client needs.
Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and close deals.
Requirements and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in sales, lead generation, or a similar business growth role.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills to present ideas clearly.
Technical Skills: Comfort with MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, time management, and resilience under target pressure.
