Job Description
- Handle customer enquiries and generate sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AC/HVAC solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits when required.
- Prepare and share quotations and product details.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into orders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical, service, installation and delivery teams.
- Maintain customer records, quotations and follow-up reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Stay updated on products, models, specifications and HVAC technology.
