Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management & Performance Monitoring
- Lead, manage, and monitor a team of CROs.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve sales performance.
- Track team productivity and achievement against targets.
- Conduct regular quality checks and performance reviews.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Support the team in handling high-value client conversions.
- Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and overall business expansion.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate renewal of insurance policies.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives for Mediclaim and Motor insurance products.
