Sales Manager

•  Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Identify, develop, and manage channel partners across assigned geographies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.
• Drive sales through direct marketing, BTL activities, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain long-term relationships.
• Stay updated on project offerings, pricing, market developments, and real estate trends.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance updates using MS Office.
• ✅ Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is preferred.
• Experience in sales, business development, channel sales, or customer acquisition will be an advantage.
• Candidates from real estate, banking and financial services, premium automobile sales, hospitality, consumer durables, retail, and telecom/B2C sales may apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong target orientation and relationship management capabilities.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
