SALES MANAGER – JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Sales Manager
Industry: Financial Loans & Insurance
Job Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Travel: Pan India travel required
Experience: 2–6 years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000 per month (In Hand) plus incentives.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets for loan and insurance products.
Generate new business and develop client relationships.
Identify customer requirements and offer suitable financial products.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs and insurance partners.
Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.
Develop and maintain a strong customer network across different regions.
Candidate Requirements
2–6 years of experience in financial loan products and insurance sales.
Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel across India.
Good knowledge of banking, loans and insurance products.
Graduate/MBA candidates will have an advantage.
