- Meeting minimum number of clients daily as per Plan/task list
- Leads to be converted into login and get it disbursed from Bank or NBFC which gives the best rates
- Processing of loan applications, conducting due diligence, site visits, ensure compliance of terms & conditions as per sanctioned terms, compliant documentation etc.
- Ensure all the loan related process/queries are taken care so that loan disbursal happens smoothly
- Ensure timely disbursal of loan from leads received from Customers/ Channel Partners
- Maintain relationships with business banking
- Manage relationship with the customers by increasing business with existing clients and well as through Cross sell
- Complete focus of Scheduling Meetings with Customers, with Rupee Boss Associates, Number of Logins, Cross Sell, Insurance, Number of Disbursal's on a daily basis.
