🚀 Hiring: Team Leader – EMI Business (Non-Electronics Vertical)

📍 Location: Mumbai / Ahmedabad

We are looking for a high-performance Field Sales Leader to drive EMI penetration and manage a team of in-store promoters across multiple non-electronics categories like Furniture, Healthcare, Wellness, Travel & Education for Pay Later business. (Credit / Debit Card EMIs)

This role is ideal for professionals who have scaled field teams, delivered revenue targets, and built strong merchant relationships in fintech, payments, or BFSI.

🎓 Eligibility:

✅ MBA / Engineering (Preferred: Graduate+)

✅ Minimum 2 years of Field Sales experience

✅ Proven team handling experience

✅ Excel skills necessary for the role

✅ Two-wheeler compulsory (extensive field travel required)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor & scale a team of in-store promoters

• Drive store-level EMI conversion & revenue targets

• Conduct regular field visits & joint sales calls

• Build strong relationships with store owners & managers

• Track KPIs, productivity & daily performance metrics

• Identify expansion opportunities within assigned territory

💼 Compensation: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA + performance-linked incentives
