Job Description
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of sales professionals to exceed individual and team sales goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Conduct regular sales training and coaching sessions to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Ensure all sales activities are compliant with company policies and procedures
- Contribute to the development of new products and services to meet customer needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Sales Team Leader Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in business, sales or a related field
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or other relevant sales software
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading a high-performing sales team
- Passion for sales and a commitment to continuous professional development
