Security Guard

1.    Store Security & Loss Prevention

• Ensure the safety and security of customers, employees and company property.
• Monitor customer movement to prevent theft and suspicious activities.
• Check customer bills and purchased products at the exit whenever required.
• Remain alert and take immediate action in case of any security concern.
• Report theft, damage or suspicious incidents to the Store Manager immediately.

2.    Entry, Exit & Store Monitoring

• Monitor the entry and exit of customers, employees and visitors.
• Ensure company security procedures are followed during store opening and closing.
• Keep watch on sensitive areas of the store to minimize inventory loss.
• Assist in monitoring high-value products and promotional displays.
• Support CCTV investigations whenever required.

3.    Safety & Operational Support

• Ensure emergency exits and fire safety equipment remain accessible.
• Guide customers and employees during emergencies or evacuation situations.
• Report any unsafe conditions or maintenance issues to the Store Manager.
• Support crowd management during weekends, festivals and promotional events.
• Assist the store team in maintaining a safe and organized shopping environment.

4.     

• Coordination & ComplianceCoordinate with the Store Manager, CCTV Monitoring Executive and store team regarding security-related matters.
• Maintain records of security incidents, lost & found items and unusual activities.
• Ensure employee bag checks are conducted as per company policy.
• Maintain professional behaviour while dealing with customers, employees and visitors.
• Perform any other security-related responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager.
