Job Description
- Prepare sampling for file audits as per defined audit methodology
- Verify compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
- Review of loan files which include KYC, sanction documents, disbursement records, and post-disbursement compliance
- Identify gaps, discrepancies, and control weaknesses in audit files
- Prepare audit observations, reports, and supporting working papers
- Coordinate with respective teams for audit clarifications
- Track audit findings and assist in closure of audit points
- Support periodic/internal audits and ad-hoc audit requirements
- Maintain proper audit documentation and records
